Made from Australian milk powder and sugar, with cocoa beans sourced from Ghana, our premium milk "all natural" chocolate has a creamy sweet taste and contains a 36% cocoa mass.
Also Australian made, our Premium dark chocolate is a style containing 56% cocoa mass. It's rich flavour does not have the bitterness associated with most other dark choclate that is available in Australia. It does not have any milk components and, like our milk chocolate, is also “all natural”.
Our boutique white chocolate is a sweet Belgian style white chocolate and is very creamy.The main ingredients are Australian milk and sugar and it has a low cocoa content.
