Question: Why don't my login details work?
Answer: We upgraded our shopping cart software in March 2019 to make transactions with us faster and very secure. Login details prior to then may not work. If this is the case, please re-register. You can still buy from our website without registering. Please enter your details & shipping address, etc at checkout.
Question: I'm having trouble using your website. Answer: Please just add the products that you want to the shopping cart. When finished, go to “Checkout” and sign in if you are a returning customer or, if you are a new customer, register or you may checkout as a guest without registration. Complete your shipping address details, etc. All areas with an asterisk must be completed. Read our "Terms & Conditions" and select the freight option & payment option required and click “Submit order". Question: How long will it take to receive my order? Answer: Usually orders are despatched within 5 days (most times much quicker) of receiving your payment provided, of course, that we have the stock. The actual delivery time will depend on your shipping location and the type of shipping required. Australia Post & couriers quote anything from 1 to 2 business days for a delivery to Sydney or Melbourne and up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery to WA and remote Queensland or some other country locations from when the order is despatched. Most times, the delivery will need to be signed for, so it may be best to use your work address if there will be nobody at your home address. If your order is urgent please tell us.It is best to select Express Post as the freight option for urgent orders.
Question: What happens if you don't have a product in stock? Answer: We normally contact the buyer by email if the product will be out of stock for more than 5 days. Please let us know if your order is urgent.
