    Our return-refund policy is very simple. Products incorrectly shipped or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If any products are damaged during transit we will make an insurance claim with the carrier and any damaged products replaced. Photographic image of the damage may be required by the insurance company. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability for any reason will be replaced with a store credit or gift certificate to be used at a later time. Store credits & gift certificates have a life of 2 years normally. (or do not expire in special cases). As our products are food, we cannot replace or refund goods because you don't like the colour or taste or if you just change your mind. Only if the product is faulty. If we do authorise a return for such products at our discretion, a store credit equivalent to the value will be provided only. We do not issue refunds for such returns.

    Any goods that are approved for return, must be unopened and in re-salable condition to be eligible for refund or exchange. Custom made or custom packaged orders are not refundable under any circumstances after production has commenced.

    NB: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are unable to accept returns exchanges due to change of mind.

    Any refund, store credit or replacement will be made after we receive the returned goods. (If applicable) Goods must be returned at the customer's expense unless we have made an error and supplied the wrong product. Any freight costs that we have incurred in sending your order will be deducted from the refund unless we have shipped a product different to that ordered. This also applies to orders sent freight free where we have absorbed the freight cost. Return freight costs must be met by the customer.

    AfterPay & Zip Pay charge us a non-refundable fee to use their services so if you cancel your order or change it in any way we are not able to refund the AfterPay or Zip Pay fee charge to us. Payment plan fees charged to us are not refundable if payment was made through AfterPay or Zip Pay. PayPal also charges us a fee but this is refundable if the order is cancelled.

    Goody Goody Gumdrops Pty Ltd abides by all of Australia's consumer laws.

    Our returns-refund policy applies to ALL orders placed with Goody Goody Gumdrops Pty Ltd or Goody Goody Gum Drops or lollies.store. These include, but are not limited to, online orders, telephone or emailed orders as well as in person orders.
