Our privacy policy is very simple. In short, we do NOT sell or disclose any details given to us to anybody or any organisation in Australia or overseas. Online payments are processed on secure payment gateways or PayPal's secure website. We do not see your credit card or bank details. No credit card details are kept on our servers. If you submit a credit card payment by telephone the details are destroyed as soon as we have charged your card. You will not receive any sales emails from us unless you subscribe to our newsletters or our apps, etc. Automatically emailed order confirmations, despatch notes and other emails relating to your order excepted. We do not send spam.

Our website is PCI compliant and certified and secured by GeoTrust. GeoTrust SSL certificates are providing up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure. Our bank conducts a test for PCI compliance every year which we always pass.

AfterPay and ZipPay payments are all handled through their own secure servers, not through our servers. We do not ever see details of the transactions, card numbers, etc except for the result.

Only those employees with relevant business duties (i.e. support staff) may access personal information, and only to perform their required duties. They are subject to dismissal for any privacy violation. We do use cookies, but only to track anonymous usage of our website. Your visit is entirely private and anonymous.
