Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is straight forward:

The simple version:

Our privacy policy is very simple. In short, we do NOT sell or disclose any details given to us to anybody or any organisation in Australia or overseas. Online payments are processed on secure payment gateways or PayPal's secure website. We do not see your credit card or bank details. No credit card details are kept on our servers. If you submit a credit card payment by telephone the details are destroyed as soon as we have charged your card. You will not receive any sales emails from us unless you subscribe to our newsletters or our apps, etc. Automatically emailed order confirmations, despatch notes and other emails relating to your order excepted. We do not send spam.

Our website is PCI compliant and certified and secured by GeoTrust. GeoTrust SSL certificates are providing up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure. Our bank conducts a test for PCI compliance every year which we always pass.
